When does the digest arrive?

One issue a week, Monday 8am ICT. Nothing else — we do not send anything between issues.

Who writes it?

The Flexitech team in Phnom Penh. Every story cites its sources, and where we have tested something ourselves we say so.

Can I republish a story?

Ask first, and cite the original. Each article is also available as plain Markdown at its /index.md URL if that is easier to quote from.
